The Production Planning Analyst will be expected to deliver weekly capacity plans for manufacturing facilities. These capacity plans will help influence network level strategic decisions through partnering with senior stakeholders as well as the network. The ideal candidate will possess both an analytical background that enables them to support capacity planning and demonstrate the ability to think broadly and strategically about operational initiatives. They will experience a wide range of problem solving situations, requiring extensive use of data collection and analysis. They will work in lock-step with multiple business teams including operations and transportation teams of the network they will plan for.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the manufacturing facilities & warehouses, generating and optimizing production plans, schedules and inventory levels while maintaining a stellar service level for our customers.

  • Work closely with the plant to create short and mid-term plans through the utilization of planning systems.

  • Own and maintain critical master data in ERP to ensure optimal functioning of the planning tool.

  • Support new product launches, continuous network optimizations, promotional events and product life cycle management.

  • Lead weekly meetings with key suppliers to ensure production readiness and smooth operation.

  • Perform ad hoc analysis and see through execution in support of business needs.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Supply Chain areas such as Operations, Planning, Logistics, or Purchasing.

  • Working knowledge of ERP and Planning tools

  • Advanced MS Office

  • Must be able to prioritize and communicate business needs effectively

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
